Nanny Job Description
Marcilly Recruitment’s client, an UHNW family based in Dubai, is seeking an energetic and easy-going Nanny to support their three-year-old boy. This is a live-out role Monday to Friday with a beautiful, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment provided plus a car.
The successful candidate must have experience working with children, ideally working as a nanny in an UHNW household. However, the client is open if the candidate is a good fit for the family and has demonstrated a love of working with children. Open to ex-nursery workers and teachers.
The successful candidate does not need prior experience working in the UAE. They are happy relocating a candidate. Fluent English is essential!
They are a young family with extremely busy lives. The successful nanny must be a good team player who can work well in a fully staffed household. They must also thrive working in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing plans and schedules.
Nanny Responsibilities
The family has four children, and each child has their own nanny. The house is fully staffed with housekeepers, so there is no need for the successful nanny to clean the playrooms, organise the child’s laundry, or cook for the children (chef on site). It may be necessary to direct the housekeepers with the playroom and organise the occasional sort out of toys.
The successful nanny will be required to travel with the family in school holidays. They have multiple properties here in the UK, so a number of weeks are spent in London and the countryside a year, especially in the summer. When travelling, this will be a 24/6 role. Separate accommodation provided.
