Position Overview

Wax&Go is a network of premium hair removal and nail care salons seeking a skilled and professional Nail Technician to provide top-quality nail care services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to hygiene and service standards. As a Nail Technician, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients’ experiences by delivering expert treatments and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nail Services:
   • Perform a variety of manicures (classic, russian, file, gel, acrylic, and dip powder).
   • Deliver pedicures (classic and spa).
   • Apply nail art, polish, and gel-polish.
   • Perform nail repairs and maintenance.
2. Hygiene and Sanitation:
   • Ensure tools and workstations are sterilized and sanitized after each use.
   • Comply with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
3. Client Interaction:
   • Greet clients warmly and consult on their preferences and needs.
   • Provide advice on nail care routines and suitable products.
   • Address any client concerns with professionalism and care.
4. Maintenance and Inventory:
   • Monitor and maintain nail supplies and equipment.
   • Inform management about stock levels and equipment repairs.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth salon operations.
   • Support promotional events, campaigns, and upsell services or products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in various nail care techniques and treatments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in nail art and design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).

Requirements

• Certification in nail care or cosmetology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
