This 18-month program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience through immersive rotations across various business areas. You will be engaged in specific projects throughout each rotation, allowing you to build the skills and competencies required to thrive within Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit.

We offer programmes across Leasing, Finance, Mall Management, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, and Sustainability.

Leasing: The Leasing team is responsible for securing tenants for the shopping malls, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a diverse and attractive mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options within the malls.

Finance: The Finance department is a key enabler in a business' growth, responsible for managing liquidity, generating information to support decision making, planning, and analyzing shopping malls business trends.

Mall Management: The Mall Management team oversees the day-to-day operations of the shopping malls, including facilities management, tenant relations, customer service, security, and cleanliness. They ensure that the malls run smoothly and efficiently, providing a pleasant and safe environment for visitors.

Marketing: The Marketing team oversees promoting the shopping malls to potential customers, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and organizing events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

Retail Design and Delivery: The Retail Design and Delivery team is responsible for designing the layout and aesthetics of the shopping malls, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere, and overseeing construction and renovation projects to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors.

Sustainability: The Sustainability team focuses on implementing eco-friendly initiatives within shopping malls, ensuring efficient resource use, reducing waste, and promoting sustainable practices. They work to integrate environmental responsibility into mall operations and engage customers with green initiatives and awareness programs.

JOB TITLE:

Graduate Program | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Asset Management Business Unit

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in a functional area that will provide you with specialist knowledge of our operations.
2. Support with the day-to-day operations.
3. Support project management and development tasks, including preparing presentations.
4. Contribute to business challenges and problem-solving initiatives.
5. Gain valuable knowledge, hands-on experience, and industry exposure.
6. Participate in assigned development programs to enhance your professional growth.
7. Attend training sessions and workshops to expand your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
8. Collaborate across the organization to drive future success.
9. Foster teamwork and contribute to maximizing team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Marketing), Real Estate, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Sustainability, Architecture, Interior Design or related field, according to the specific area you would like to develop.
• Recent graduate or final year student.
• Previous internships or work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good prioritizing, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
