We offer programmes across Leasing, Finance, Mall Management, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, and Sustainability.
Leasing: The Leasing team is responsible for securing tenants for the shopping malls, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a diverse and attractive mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options within the malls.
Finance: The Finance department is a key enabler in a business' growth, responsible for managing liquidity, generating information to support decision making, planning, and analyzing shopping malls business trends.
Mall Management: The Mall Management team oversees the day-to-day operations of the shopping malls, including facilities management, tenant relations, customer service, security, and cleanliness. They ensure that the malls run smoothly and efficiently, providing a pleasant and safe environment for visitors.
Marketing: The Marketing team oversees promoting the shopping malls to potential customers, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and organizing events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Retail Design and Delivery: The Retail Design and Delivery team is responsible for designing the layout and aesthetics of the shopping malls, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere, and overseeing construction and renovation projects to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors.
Sustainability: The Sustainability team focuses on implementing eco-friendly initiatives within shopping malls, ensuring efficient resource use, reducing waste, and promoting sustainable practices. They work to integrate environmental responsibility into mall operations and engage customers with green initiatives and awareness programs.
