Job Description:

As our Graphic Designer / Video Shooting/Editing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our creative team, working collaboratively to design and produce stunning visual content that communicates our real estate brand identity and engages our audience. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Designing: Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media, with a focus on real estate marketing materials.
2. Branding: Develop and maintain our real estate brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all real estate communication channels.
3. Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality real estate videos that showcase properties and tell compelling stories.
4. Video Editing: Edit raw real estate video footage into polished, professional videos that align with our real estate brand's messaging and goals.
5. Adobe Software Mastery: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to bring your creative real estate ideas to life.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Multimedia Specialist in the real estate industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your real estate-focused work.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software is a must.
3. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating real estate concepts into visual content.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, especially as it pertains to real estate marketing.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
