OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Supervises the work of the Head Store Man.
• Prepare a daily Flash Cost, in order to inform concerned departments.
• Take monthly inventory on Stock in the Stores and Outlets.
• Inform the concerned division head on cost and profit.
• Prepare monthly Cost by outlets.
• Maintain Birchstreet & Micros Symphony system.
• Prepare Hotel Costing.
• Time Cards punched in and out in uniform.
• Notify Supervisor of any problems or complaints as and when they arise.
• Follow Marriott Standard of Uniform and employee relation.
