Multi Inspector

We are hiring for Multi Inspector. CSWIP and BGAS Certifications is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review of WPS/PQR.
• Carrying out vendor inspection, material receiving inspection, fit-up inspection, visual inspection, painting inspection, and pressure test activities as per the drawings and client requirements.
• Material inspection of offshore & onshore pipeline for pipes & fitting materials (of various grades) such as flanges, elbows, tees, welds, and hubs.
• Handling all QA/QC activities as per the project scope.
• Sound knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW), materials & fabrication methods.
• Review the QCP & ITP with respect to project specifications.
• Preparation of PQR & WPS as per project specifications and involve the mechanical and NDT results.
• Preparation of WQT and qualify the welders as per project specifications.
• Arrange and review the material test certificates of base materials like plates, pipes, fittings, and consumables like filler wire and electrodes as per project specifications.
• Arrange the batch certificates of abrasives, painting, and its components per project specifications.
• Work as Third-Party Inspector on KTI Inspection Programs.
• Review project specification QA / ITP System Procedures, Method Statement, Dossier, Test pack review.
• Witness/Monitor/Review blasting, painting, coating, fireproofing, and insulation operations.
• Involved in all aspects of welding, NDT, coating, and insulation inspections and work performed on behalf of KTI.
• Inspect welding against the spool sheets for conformance to material grade and dimension, and performing tests to achieve quality meeting WPS & client specifications.
• Review client QC requirements and ensure the procedure is employed in production complying with industry codes and standards.
• Review contractor WPSs, PQRs, welding, NDT, painting & coating hydro testing procedures as per company DGS.
• Witness contractor piping & fabrication of piping spools welding, NDT, coating, and painting activities.
• Inspection of piping walkthrough with contractor & subcontractor and issuing the punch list.
• Involve in the mechanical walkthrough with company PMC and issuing the final punch list to EPC contractor.
• Review MTC & NDE reports & radiographs and supplier quality procedures, and inspect castings, patterns, machined parts, and painting at supplier places.
• Perform in-process inspections by visually checking PMI and hardness in line with quality procedures.
• Complete final inspection as per the Quality plan, PO & specifications to confirm all finished products meet required specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical documents and regulations effectively.
• Proficient in using inspection software and tools, as well as standard office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
