Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer Associate are highly desirable.
5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Field Service module.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service application, including but not limited to work order management, scheduling, resource management, and mobility features.
Experience with Dynamics 365 integration using Common Data Service (CDS), Power Automate, and/or custom integrations.
Strong understanding of field service operations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions to support our field service operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 best practices.
Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service application to meet specific business requirements, including but not limited to scheduling, resource management, work order management, and mobile capabilities.
Configure and integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with other Microsoft products and third-party applications to support end-to-end business processes.
Develop customizations and extensions using Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Develop Planned preventive maintenance module to meet user requirements.
Develop IDLE assets management module to meet the user requirements.
Develop Annual maintenance agreement module to meet the user requirements.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Dynamics 365 Field Service within the organization.
Stay current on Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve field service operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Field Service configuration, customization, and integration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field service technicians, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and IT, to align Dynamics 365 Field Service initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage Dynamics 365 user roles, security roles, and security settings to ensure data security and compliance.
