MS Dynamics CRM Tech Lead - Arabic speaker

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for understanding our customers' business needs and priorities, designing and implementing the best architectural solutions.
• You will ensure that the quality of the solution meets the customer's standards and its business value realization objectives.
• You will lead the design team to ensure consistent interaction with the customer and the development and delivery of the solution.
• You will help identify new business opportunities proactively, increasing customer success and business productivity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong experience in Dynamics CRM and integration projects.
• Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• English and Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong experience in software development using C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience in ETL design and development.
• Experience in system integration design and development.
• Experience in managing and coordinating the team as a technical lead.
• Ability to work with customers to develop and manage a roadmap of activities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Windows Services, SQL Server, Reporting Services, SSIS.
• Experience in Power platform and CoPilot.
• Experience consulting with customers on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.
• Experience working with global teams, including off-shore and near-shore, on Dynamics implementation and maintenance projects.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications.
