Motor Claims Executive
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Validate Police Reports accurately to support accuracy in claim settlement / repudiation.
- Process Recovery Notification and incoming Notifications.
- Coordinate Surveyors regarding all surveys, approvals etc.
- Handle Broker / Customer queries in a timely manner.
- Process and issue LPO’s for vehicle repairs as well as Third Party properties.
- Liaise with service providers including workshops, property repairers, and other insurance companies.
- Validate and process settlements under the various covers (Hire car, Towing, Property damage, Excess accounting etc.) to the Insured / Third Parties.
- Respond / Clarify BAH claim handlers on their queries related to claim covers / approvals etc.
- Complaint handling and drafting official replies to the regulators in case of escalations.
Business Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of GIG Motor Insurance Policies and Unified policies in Gulf.
Operational & Technical Responsibilities:
- Fluency in writing, reading, and spoken English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
- Computer Skills.
- Attention to technical detail.
- Logical and systematic planning and organizing abilities.
