Designation – Mortgage Manager

Location - Dubai
Salary - Fixed salary plus Commission

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining relationships with builders, Sub-Brokers & Real Estate Agencies.
2. Focusing on Developer relationships and corporate tie-ups.
3. Promoting Urban Money brand in UAE Market.
4. Interfacing with clients to suggest the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
5. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
6. Analyzing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities, providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
