As a key member of our financial services organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals while contributing to the growth of our mortgage portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility and needs.
Provide expert advice on mortgage products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
Prepare and present mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to structure favorable mortgage deals.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of mortgage applications.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
