Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our Direct Sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our financial services organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals while contributing to the growth of our mortgage portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility and needs.
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
  • Prepare and present mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to structure favorable mortgage deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of mortgage applications.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant mortgage advisor certification (e.g., Certified Mortgage Advisor).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in the banking or real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in mortgage lending software and CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and banking practices.
  • Understanding of real estate market trends in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required to meet client needs.
