Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ financial situations and guide them through the mortgage application process.
• Provide expert advice on various mortgage products and programs to suit clients' unique needs.
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to process and finalize mortgage applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending regulations.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups and referrals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Mortgage Agent license (if applicable by region).
• Proven experience in mortgage sales or financial services.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, interest rates, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
