We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Molecular & Translational Pathologist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Molecular & Translational Pathologist will play a critical role in our laboratory, conducting research, performing diagnostic tests, and developing new technologies in the field of molecular and translational pathology. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and implement molecular and translational pathology tests
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field
• Participate in the development of new technologies and methods for diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases
• Analyze and interpret test results, and prepare and present reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve complex clinical problems
• Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on new techniques and procedures
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement programs
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical degree and board-certified or eligible in Anatomic Pathology
• Fellowship or training in Molecular Pathology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in molecular and translational pathology
• Strong research background with a proven track record of publications in reputable journals
• Excellent knowledge of molecular techniques, including PCR, next-generation sequencing, FISH, and microarrays
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
