Mobile Technician

A Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, ensuring optimal functionality. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, replacing damaged components, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile repair, knowledge of the latest mobile technologies, and the ability to handle various brands and models efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets.
2. Replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.
3. Perform software updates, data recovery, and troubleshooting for mobile devices.
4. Conduct quality checks after repairs to ensure functionality and performance.
5. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding mobile device issues.
6. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools needed for repairs.
7. Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during repairs.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.
10. Document repair work and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or certification in electronics, mobile repair, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a mobile technician or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Proficiency in repairing various brands, including Apple, Samsung, and other leading manufacturers.
5. Attention to detail and precision in handling delicate mobile components.
6. Good communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
