Mobile Technician

The Mobile Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile phones and tablets. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, disassembling devices, replacing damaged parts, and testing the repaired device. The Mobile Technician will also provide outstanding customer service, including answering technical queries and guiding customers on device usage. Additionally, this role requires staying updated with the latest mobile technology and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
2. Disassemble and reassemble devices for repair or replacement of parts.
3. Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts, such as screens, batteries, or cameras.
4. Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on device usage and troubleshooting.
6. Stay updated with new mobile technologies and emerging trends.
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer experience.
9. Keep the work area clean and organized.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
3. Familiarity with mobile phone diagnostic tools and software.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
