What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience as a phone technician.
• Bilingual skills required! Fluent in English and any additional language like Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a big plus!
• Sharp problem-solving skills and laser focus on details.
• A friendly vibe and top-notch customer service skills.
