Mixologist

We are seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to craft unique and high-quality cocktails, enhance guest experiences, and maintain an exceptional bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be artistic, creative, and skilled in developing original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions. You are responsible for ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our beverage offerings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve guests in accordance with our standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
2. Ensure that the bar is professionally set up at all times.
3. Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
4. Create, prepare, and serve a variety of innovative and classic cocktails.
5. Maintain a well-stocked bar with all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.
6. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring satisfaction.
7. Experiment with and develop new cocktails and seasonal menus.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
9. Train and mentor team members on mixology techniques and cocktail presentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant.
2. Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
3. Ability to create unique and visually appealing cocktails.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred).
