About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle Traffic Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, driving targeted traffic to our platform and maximizing conversion rates. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual to make a significant impact on our business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive traffic acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  4. Monitor key metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, and report on findings.
  5. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall strategies.
  8. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  9. Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years of experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid advertising.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  6. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
