Middle Office Specialist

Our client is a global Hedge Fund looking to hire a Middle Office specialist with a strong coverage in Fixed Income asset coverage. The client would be open to relocating exceptional candidates from London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong etc to the UAE.

This is role will support front to back trade life cycle across various asset classes and derivatives. The role will have the opportunity to work alongside senior Operations professionals that can offer excellent tutelage and career progression.

The organisation offers you the chance to:

• Support the front office by covering the full trade lifecycle
• Assess existing processes and procedures to identify areas that can be streamlined and made more efficient.
• Liaise with multiple parties to ensure the trade life cycle is smooth e.g., Accounting, Fund Administrator, Prime Broker, Counterparties, Technology teams, Portfolio Managers and Trading desk

You offer:

• 5-10 years of operations/middle office experience managing trade life cycles within another global bank or hedge fund
• Fixed Income experience and wider understanding of other products/asset classes will be mandatory
• Excellent at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day-to-day basis.
