The Manager Investigations, Ethics & Compliance shall manage key elements of the Etihad Investigations and Speak Up program and support the Senior Manager Investigations, Ethics & Compliance to deliver the overall programme.
Accountabilities
Implement Etihad’s global Investigations and Speak Up programme in line with globally accepted standards.
Lead and conduct (up to moderate complexity level) investigations (into code of conduct breaches such as fraud, bribery and unwanted behaviour (including (sexual) harassment). Investigations can be time sensitive.
Support Senior Manager with highly complex and sensitive investigations.
Advise management on Investigations and Speak Up related matters.
Update existing Investigations and Speak Up policies and procedures, and write new ones.
Deliver appropriate training and communications and awareness programmes for employees to mitigate risk.
Monitor developments in global Investigations and Speak Up trends and laws and develop mitigating strategies.
Manage routine queries to the department from the business and external parties, and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
Support with departmental procurement activities, with compliance KPIs and provide regular reporting at divisional and group levels.
Support Senior Manager to prepare reporting to the relevant authorities (including the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority) in accordance with the applicable global laws and regulations.
Education & Experience
University degree.
At least five years’ work experience.
Relevant Ethics & Compliance certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Fraud Examiner and / or Certified Investigator etc preferred.
