Job Title: Merchandising Marketing Manager
As a Merchandising Marketing Manager, responsible for actively participating in setting up goals across the complete Division and effectively facilitating the team to achieve the same with focus on growth in sales and profitability, cost minimization and profit maximization. Will be responsible for Sales, Design, Sourcing and manufacturing. Must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Role Description
Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
To get business from International Buyers in order to increase profits and expand the business value by developing, managing clients & accounts effectively.
Manage the entire order process from receiving customer orders to production scheduling, allocation of resources, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements and deadlines.
Conduct costing analysis to determine the production costs associated with garment manufacturing.
Work with finance and production teams to establish pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Adequate knowledge, potential and drive to handle large scale Apparel vertical with a clear commitment to continuously improve the performance matrix in line with corporate objectives.
Winning attitude in effectively negotiating & achieving target profitability by way of innovative ideas of simplifying the processes that is viable in terms of manufacturing / profitability.
Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact.
Qualifications
Market Planning and Market Research skills.
New brand onboarding experience.
Experience of 5+ years in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
