Job Description :
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Stockers, Stocker Cum Cashiers, and Cashiers. These roles are essential in maintaining store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service, handling inventory, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you. Fluency in Arabic is required for these positions.
Responsibilities :
Stocker :
- Ensure proper stocking and organization of products on shelves.
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment of stock.
- Ensure items are neatly arranged and displayed according to store guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring damaged or expired items are removed.
Cum Cashier :
- Handle customer transactions at the checkout counter efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Manage cash register, process payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
Cashier :
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Ensure all transactions are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and issue receipts.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is required for communication with customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including stocking and organizing inventory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable and have a strong attention to detail.
