Merchandiser (Food Section)

Job Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on all orders as necessary.
• Coordinate demos and trainings as necessary.
• Support new store openings and store resets for Specialty Retailers.
• Provide merchandising and retail support for accounts as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain store sets, testers, merchandising units, displays, and product literature as warranted.
• Utilize market data (rankings, sales trends, etc.) to improve placement and retail support.
• Develop relationships at store, wholesale, and manufacturer levels.
• Support the team with trade shows and special events as necessary.
• Communicate with the Sales Manager regarding sales issues and objectives.
• Be courteous and a responsible driver at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid UAE driving license (for motorbike) is required.
• Must own a motorbike.
• Experience in sales merchandising preferred.
• Experience in sales and food products is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization.
