The Online Merchandiser manages and executes end-to-end trading and merchandising operations to achieve e-commerce revenue targets and associated KPIs for Sandro, Maje, and Ted Baker. This role encompasses forecasting, revenue analysis, merchandising strategies, content management, and website trading performance. What You Will Do Driving On-Site Performance
Identify and implement data-driven opportunities for improvement, including design optimization through testing, enhancing site search, and streamlining the customer journey to improve conversion rates.
Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to refine the product offering and optimize the onsite user experience.
Assortment Management
Support merchandising activities such as creating collection pages and visual merchandising (VM) in alignment with brand guidelines.
Assist with the setup and execution of online campaigns for paid marketing, email, SMS, and other channels.
Provide ad-hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting support to the online merchandising team.
Merchandising
Execute data-driven product merchandising across the homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages.
Create and manage collection pages and promotional categories in line with the brand calendar.
Coordinate promotional activities and perform daily site audits.
Ensure product data accuracy, including titles, descriptions, content, pricing, and availability.
Product Life Cycle Management
Manage new product launches, product substitutions, and end-of-life product processes.
Website Animation & Updates
Update homepage, category, campaign, and brand landing pages.
Contribute to achieving financial targets through effective merchandising and trading strategies.
Maximize cross-selling, up-selling, and product positioning opportunities while maintaining stock availability.
Ensure 100% accuracy of product content and assets for products going live.
Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to execute marketing and promotional plans, including email campaigns and homepage content.
Conduct competitor and market analysis, identifying opportunities and risks.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and ensure timely, accurate execution of tasks.
Support e-commerce projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What Equips You For The Role Minimum Qualification and Knowledge Education: Diploma in Marketing or equivalent Minimum Experience: +2 years of experience in an e-commerce or merchandising role, preferably within a multi-channel retailer or pure-play environment.
