Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle vendors, coordinating with the production team to place orders on time.
• Maintain regular stock sales and intake forecasts.
• Handle packaging and fulfillment of orders.
• Communicate with customers via email.
• Prepare plans and production schedules.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors/buyers.
• Monitor the actual in-house status of all relevant production materials and inform factory management well in advance.
• Have knowledge and experience in digital print dyeing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, both woven and knit.
• Flair for communicating with a diverse set of people, including vendors.
• Technical knowledge of fabric, dyeing, and printing.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to meet targets and multiple deadlines.
• Vendor management skills.
• Textile Engineering or related graduation or post-graduation.
