3. Monitor and analyze planned assortment by the door to achieve plan turn goals and ROI.
4. Controlling stock levels based on the forecasts for the season.
5. Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring adequate quantity is available.
6. Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce the price or set promotions, as necessary.
7. Monitoring store capacity and analyzing historical data and current trends to mitigate risk and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
8. Setting up and maintaining seasonal range and allocation plan.
9. Working on data gathering and analyzing and organizing stock movement by tracking orders between stores and warehouse.
