MEP Technician Plumbing

Black & Grey HR is recruiting an MEP Technician Plumbing Specialist to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a skilled professional with proven expertise in MEP systems with a primary focus on plumbing. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving along with the technical knowledge required to excel in the role.

1. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems with a focus on plumbing.
   
2. Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure system functionality and safety.
   
3. Interpret and apply engineering drawings and specifications.
   
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plumbing and other MEP components.
   
5. Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on project requirements and deliverables.
   
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
   
7. Document and report on work progress and issues encountered.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
   
2. 12 years of experience in MEP systems or plumbing is preferred (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply).
   
3. Solid understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
   
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
   
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
   
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
