MEP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the MEP technician team.
• Assign tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.
• Foster a positive and safety-oriented work environment, enforcing safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant codes, regulations, and best practices in the MEP field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma (Preferred)/ equivalent degree
• 5 years of experience as MEP Supervisor
• UAE driving license is a must
