Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP work, ensuring tasks are completed per project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, document client requests, and report back to the team for quotation preparation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and submit completion documentation.
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with MEP standards, regulations, and health & safety protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure work satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Oversee a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and resolving technical challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company and client expectations.
• Identify and troubleshoot MEP system issues, providing timely solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as relevant MEP codes and standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction and MEP work.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze client requests, document site details, and coordinate quotations with the team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and report preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at various project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, assessing client requirements, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in MEP or safety training is a plus.
• UAE experience and a valid driver’s license is a must.
