Job Overview:
The MEP Supervisor for Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and repair activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within the facility. The individual will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal system performance, compliance with safety regulations, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for MEP systems.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
System Troubleshooting & Repairs :Conduct troubleshooting activities to identify issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
Oversee the repair and replacement of faulty equipment and components.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and codes related to MEP systems.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for maintenance activities.
Monitor expenditures, optimize costs, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventory.
Prepare reports, performance metrics, and updates for management.
