MEP Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.

• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction, adapting plans as necessary to ensure project success.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and fit-out projects.
• License: Valid driving license.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in relevant construction software and tools.
