MEP Project Manager

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, ensuring seamless execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Financial Management

• Oversee MEP project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and procurement of materials & subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with financial objectives and cost control measures.

Technical Expertise & Execution

• Lead MEP system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review designs and ensure compliance with industry standards & local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for seamless project execution.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Experience: 15+ years in MEP project management, handling large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management qualifications preferred.
