MEP Project Manager
Job description
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Manage and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and supervise project teams to ensure high-quality work and successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from initiation to completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry, specifically in MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
