MEP Project Manager

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure high-quality work and successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from initiation to completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
