Responsible for overseeing the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the project.
Maintain up-to-date records of MEP reports, installation schedules, and management of work orders from clients.
Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and client regarding the status of MEP works.
PM and CM scheduling and submission to the client for approval. Planning of work resources with the requirements.
Ensure that all MEP work complies with local codes and standards and maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to find solutions to problems, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and close out of individual work orders.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Coordination with client engineers for report verification.
Address any issues that arise during installation, such as conflicts, delays, or quality concerns.
Ensure that the project team follows safety procedures and industry best practices.
Coordinate the commissioning of MEP systems, verification of the handing over reports and documents for the assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with infrastructure companies.
