MEP Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the production process to ensure construction materials and components are manufactured efficiently, meeting quality standards and project specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
3. Develop and implement manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
4. Monitor production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance.
5. Identify and resolve production issues, optimizing workflows and processes.
6. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality and performance.
7. Responsible for the division's manpower resource planning and assists the HR division in the recruitment and selection process.
8. Sets goals and objectives for division and subordinates, delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.
9. Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback.
10. Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates career development.
11. Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years previous experience running production team including supervisors and workers (preferred in construction manufacturing).

Skills:

1. Good understanding of manufacturing production management, requirements, and dynamics.
2. Familiar with manufacturing software.
3. Leadership with ability to drive a team.
4. Proven ability to coach and develop others.
