Job Description

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, fostering strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring clarity in technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, aiming for the best value while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand specific procurement needs and technical requirements.
• Analyze supplier performance metrics, implementing improvements based on feedback and delivery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues swiftly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MEP technologies to enhance procurement strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the MEP or construction industry.
• Experience with procurement software and tools, enhancing efficiency in supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
