Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP system failures, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to implement MEP design specifications accurately.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service records, repair logs, and compliance reports.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, conducting risk assessments as required.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform MEP tasks efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, providing 24/7 support for critical systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• UAE Driving License is mandatory to facilitate site visits and inspections.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
