Job Title: BIM Mechanical Modeler

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Mechanical Modeler located in Dubai. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to mechanical modeling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Qualifications:
2. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components
4. Minimum required experience: 5 years, with at least 2 years on GCC projects (remote or onsite)
5. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
