MEP maintenance supervisor - Facility management - NAFFCO

Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of MEP systems.
2. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs and installations.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with MEP systems.
4. Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of MEP systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
6. Monitor and control energy consumption of MEP systems to ensure cost efficiency.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP maintenance and implement them as necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.
4. Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Valid professional license or certification in MEP maintenance is preferred.
