MEP Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Perform MEP services such as installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance & operations, with technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Evaluate and review technical requisitions, drawings, and documents, ensuring compliance with required standards and specifications.
2. Coordinate & supervise all MEP installation works at the site.
3. Review contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings & local authority regulations for compliance with the design intent and return with appropriate comments/approval.
4. Review & approve shop drawings, design modifications/clarifications, material submittals & method statements.
5. Arrange quotations from suppliers & contractors for the works.
6. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
7. Finalize qualified subcontractors to carry out the works as per drawings.
8. Review and verify progressive project invoices.
9. Complete hand-over of the project by arranging O&M manuals with necessary as-built drawings.
