MEP Engineer

Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a talented MEP Engineer to join our innovative team. As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various projects. You will ensure all systems are efficient, sustainable, and compliant with regulations while collaborating with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and analyze MEP systems in accordance with project requirements and local codes
2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
3. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of installations
4. Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and reports for accuracy and completeness
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
6. Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineering staff and site personnel
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in MEP engineering

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in a consulting environment
3. Strong understanding of MEP systems, design principles, and relevant industry standards
4. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

1. Professional engineering license (e.g., PE) and familiarity with LEED certification processes
2. Experience in sustainable design and energy-efficient systems
