MEP Design Manager

Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire MEP Design Process for the Project. Managing a team of multi national staff of differing levels and ability. You will report on cost, program, quality & performance related to the MEP Design area reporting into the Project Director & Principal. Candidate should have MEP design skills and able to design effectively Will be the liaison between the team and other department. Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan. Ensure that the Project is adequately resourced to meet all performance criteria. Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives. Set up, manage and monitor the document control system and ensure use by all parties to ensure efficient transfer & record of all documents and correspondence.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or any other related field. Masters Degree an additional advantage. Ideally with 5 -10 years GCC experience Experience with large scale mixed use development is a plus.
