Job Description

Responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all systems are installed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in MEP construction management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
