Job Title: BIM Specialist

General Responsibilities:

1. Understand all BIM related documentations & guidelines.
2. Assist BIM Manager in preparing BIM Guidelines for project specific requirements.
3. Train project personnel in the use of BIM tools & technologies.
4. Create and maintain BIM Models for project specific requirements.
5. Develop schematic and detailed level models including modeling MEP systems, structure, architectural elements (as applicable).
6. Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors.
