MENA CTRM Sales Manager/Director Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Doha etc based

Global Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) software house seeks an experienced CTRM Sales Manager/Director to join and lead their new business sales in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA).

Based ideally from Dubai, but you could be based from anywhere in the Middle East region (GCC countries), including Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Riyadh, Doha or Manama.

This is a new business sales hunter role, focused on generating new commodity trading client labels based in the MENA region, but with the ability to also cross pollinate these clients more globally. 25% of this role will be inheriting, managing and upselling existing MENA region clients, but with 75% of this role in new business sales.

My client is one of the largest and most established global CTRM software vendors and regarded as best in class for being the most implemented CTRM for those commodities, whilst also growing its capability in ETRM through recent acquisitions and product development. This role is principally targeting Oil, Gas, LNG, Metals & Agricultural Commodity clients.

Salary: Flexible for the right person and experience + individual uncapped commission + benefits. All earnings will be tax free in GCC countries

Key skills & experience sought:

  • Proven new business sales experience gained over several years selling E/CTRM software anywhere in the world, but ideally with some experience selling into the MENA region
  • You could be currently working in a CTRM PreSales/Sales Engineer role alternatively and be keen to step into a Sales Manager role, but it is essential that you have ETRM or CTRM sales experience
  • PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN E/CTRM SOFTWARE SALES AS THIS IS 100% ESSENTIAL
  • Based currently or happy to relocate to a GCC country where you'll be based and sell across the MENA region. Obviously you'll ideally already be based in Dubai, Riyadh etc having built up a strong commodity trading network already, but this is not essential
  • Fluency in English is 100% essential, and it would be very highly desirable to be fluent in Arabic as well
  • My client will offer relocation assistance and sponsor your visa in the specific GCC country
