Job description
  • Provide best customer experience supported by effective communication and strategy execution.
  • Be confident in KPI understanding and can present analysis on those.
  • Support the General Manager in championing the Member Journey execution.
  • Handle member complaints within the club and provide response & resolution as per defined SLA.
  • Manage Front of House and safeguard all proceedings and transactions that happen at Reception.
  • Meets deadlines and follows company processes & procedures.
  • Lives the brand & uses MYZONE.

Requirements:

  • Degree or graduate in any specialization.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
