Your Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacy, Medical Science)
Therapeutic area expertise in rare disease product, Hematology or cardiology is highly preferred.
A talent for building relationships with medical professionals
Willingness to travel for field visits with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in meeting planning and facilitation
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented with strong work ethic and commitment to full compliance with company SOPs, legal and regulatory requirements
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
Developing and maintaining peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the field of Hematology, Cardiology & Pulmonology, and intensive care
Develop programs to improve health outcomes in partnership with physicians, industry personnel, and health departments
Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development
Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders
Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information
Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in company portfolio
Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements
Generate tactical territory plans to provide needs-based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in line with company goals
Use systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals.
Liaise & coordinate medical activities with head office, different departments & medical community within the given territory
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of all activities.
Coordinate and report pharmacovigilance and quality to line manager and LSO’s
