The Medical Sales Representative (Medical Sales Division) is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating product positioning and messaging, and driving demand generation and sales enablement initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs, as well as the ability to translate these insights into effective marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Product Positioning: Create and maintain compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Develop a variety of content including product collateral, sales tools, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and blog posts.
Demand Generation: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and information needed to effectively sell the product. Develop sales enablement materials such as sales decks, product sheets, and FAQs.
Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful market introduction.
Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain relationships with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references.
Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of product marketing programs and campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in Medical Sales.
Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with market research and data analysis
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Driver's license in UAE is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000 - AED10,000.00 per month
