About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on promoting our cord blood stem cell banking services to healthcare professionals in the UAE and GCC region. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets in this rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote Services: Effectively market cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and other healthcare professionals in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
  2. Drive awareness and understanding of cord blood stem cell banking through targeted presentations and educational materials.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for stem cell banking services.
  4. Identify potential clinics (e.g., dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedic practices) for new account openings.
  5. Conduct market research to gather insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Develop and execute marketing campaigns by analyzing sales forecasts, preparing strategies, creating promotional presentations, and maintaining updated calendars.
  7. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and clinic stakeholders.
  8. Regularly follow up with leads and potential clients using Salesforce CRM to ensure positive business relationships.
  9. Establish a strong brand identity highlighting the unique benefits of cord blood stem cell banking services.
  10. Adhere to industry standards and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical regulations and service details.
  11. Submit accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through timely reports to management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  2. Fluency in Arabic is required.
  3. Proven experience in medical sales, particularly in the fields of stem cells and healthcare services.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and travel within Dubai and the GCC region.
