The position will be: Medical Representative - Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
STADA is seeking a Medical Representative to join our Gulf team. The candidate will have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of the UAE market.
Area of Responsibility
- Responsible for the inclusion and promotion of the new launch and existing product development in UAE.
- Prepare monthly forecasting sheet based on historical data and targets.
- Plan and schedule daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver the core product message.
- Record and track product sales and customers in the assigned region.
- Dispensing and detailing STADA specialty ranges to Drs and pharmacists of hospitals and Clinics in UAE.
- Conduct successful RTMs & promotional campaigns to improve the sales of STADA products.
- Analyze and maintain the market share of current ranges and put strategies to overcome the challenges facing competitors.
- Regular follow-up with HCPs and Purchasers in the area, monitoring stock levels and getting feedback about STADA products.

Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing of prescription products (different Therapeutics Areas).
- Must have good knowledge of the UAE private market and key hospitals.
- Experience in SEHA sector, GHQ and Private sector.
- Established contacts with specialty Doctors such as Ortho, Neuro, Pain, Derma, GP/INT, and ENT is a must.
